In order to meet the needs of its clients, because that has always been its motto, in 1968 its partners founded Imperial Tomarense, Lda, since the legislation did not allow Real Estate Mediation Companies to dedicate themselves to property management - collecting rents and managing condominiums. Since 1970, its client portfolio has also included the management of various condominiums.

Currently, and in view of the change in legislation, Predial Tomarense has taken over the client portfolio for Condominium Management, with a young and dynamic team of 23 employees ready to serve you.
